Every piece is handmade by artisans in Pakistan.
Large marble pieces — tables, consoles and fireplace mantels — are delivered from our warehouse in New York by UPS or a freight carrier.
Production & Delivery Time
Most pieces are made to order. The exact time is shown on each product page.
- Kilim rugs and stair runners: 2–3 weeks to make, then 9–12 business days shipping
- Hand-knotted rugs (Oushak, Gabbeh, Persian-style, Moroccan, contemporary): 4–7 weeks to make depending on size, then 9–12 business days shipping
- Small marble and onyx decor and gift basket pieces: ready to ship, delivered in 9–12 business days
- Marble side tables: 4–6 weeks to make, then 9–12 business days shipping
- Large marble console, coffee and dining tables and fireplace mantels: made to order, delivered 8–12 weeks after you order
Shipping Cost
Free worldwide shipping on orders over $120 USD. Orders below that threshold have a flat shipping charge of $35 USD.
Tracking
A tracking number is provided once your order ships.
Customs Duties
Duty paid: customs duties are paid by us on orders shipped to the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Malaysia and the GCC (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman).
European countries and all other destinations: orders ship DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Any import duties or taxes are the customer's responsibility and are collected on delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order on arrival. If an item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us at coralweavershd@gmail.com with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund — whichever you prefer.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Contact us at coralweavershd@gmail.com before sending anything back — we'll confirm the return and share instructions.
