Shipping Origin
All orders ship from our workshop in Karachi, Pakistan.
Production Time
Every rug is made to order. Production takes 4–7 weeks depending on the size of the rug. Marble and onyx pieces are made separately and production time is confirmed at the time of order.
Shipping Time & Carriers
We ship via DHL, FedEx, or UPS depending on your location. Estimated transit time once production is complete:
- USA & Canada: 9–12 days
- UK, Australia & GCC: 4–5 days
Large marble items over 100kg (such as tables) ship by sea freight with white-glove delivery, and take 50–60 days.
Shipping Cost
Free shipping on orders over $100 USD. Orders below that threshold have a flat shipping charge of $35 USD. This applies worldwide.
Tracking
A tracking number is provided once your order ships.
Duties & Taxes
Orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Any import duties or taxes charged by your country are the customer's responsibility and are collected on delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order on arrival. If an item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us at coralweavershd@gmail.com with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund — whichever you prefer.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Contact us at coralweavershd@gmail.com before sending anything back — we'll confirm the return and share instructions.
