Shipping policy

Made in Pakistan
Every piece is handmade by artisans in Pakistan. Large marble pieces — tables, consoles and fireplace mantels — are delivered from our warehouse in New York.

Production & Shipping Time
- Marble and onyx pieces under $500: 7 days to make, 7 days shipping
- Kilim rugs and runners: 2–3 weeks to make, 7–12 days shipping
- All other products (rugs, ceramics, decor, and marble pieces $500 and above): 7–8 weeks to make, 7–12 days shipping
- Large marble tables, consoles and fireplace mantels: 7–8 weeks total from order to delivery, via our New York warehouse
Ready-to-ship items, including our housewarming gift basket pieces, are in stock and delivered in 7–12 days.

Shipping Cost
Free worldwide shipping on orders over $120 USD. Orders below that have a flat shipping charge of $35 USD.

Tracking
A tracking number is provided once your order ships.

Duties & Taxes
Orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Any import duties or taxes charged by your country are the customer's responsibility and are collected on delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order on arrival. If an item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us at coralweavershd@gmail.com with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund — whichever you prefer.
