Refund policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, contact us first — items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund or exchange within 10 business days.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at coralweavershd@gmail.com with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund — whichever you prefer.

Made-to-order items
Our rugs and marble/onyx pieces are handmade to order: 7 days for marble pieces under $500, 2–3 weeks for kilims, and 7–8 weeks for everything else. Please review your order details carefully before confirming.

Duties and taxes
Orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Any import duties or taxes are the customer's responsibility and are collected on delivery; these are non-refundable.
